Relax and Enjoy Butterfly Hill Villa
The Villa features 4 bedrooms on the main floor (max 8 guests) and a 5th bedroom (Studio Apt) semi-detached on the second level. For groups of 6 or more guests the Studio Apt. is included as part of your rental. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and has a private bathroom, large closets, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a safe and screened windows.
Both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available — perfect for enjoying meals no matter what the weather is like.
There are many areas to relax and enjoy some downtime -- large pool deck area, rooftop patio, covered verandah and the spacious living room with TV, and comfortable seating.
We can accommodate 1-10 guests in total.
Butterfly Hill includes the following bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 – King Bed, A/C, ceiling fan, ensuite, large closet
- Bedroom 2 – Double Bed, A/C, ceiling fan, ensuite, large closet
- Bedroom 3 – King Bed (or 2 twins), A/C, ceiling fan, ensuite, large closet
- Bedroom 4 – Double Bed, A/C, ceiling fan, ensuite, large closet
- Bedroom 5 – Studio Apartment (Upper Level) – Queen Bed, A/C, ceiling fan, kitchen, bathroom, private balcony. Access via spiral staircase.
Please Note: A/C is provided for your comfort while in your room, however if you wish to have it running while away from the villa and/or at all times an additional charge of $25.00 US per day will be added to your rental.

- A 50% deposit of rental required to secure reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Staff gratuity is not included in rental. Minimum 15% of rental to be paid upon departure.

- Our PPV insured private driver is available for airport shuttle (Montego Bay or Kingston), all land tours or excursions (additional fee)
