Very far from all the major attractions and transportation is expensive so be mindful of where you would like to go while you are in Jamaica.

Absolutely great surroundings and accommodation. Friendly staff and great amenities. The pool is wonderful!

The villa is a great place to stay, the big ceiling fans allow you to enjoy the fresh night air, the staff (Dee, Monica, Uan, and groundkeeper (I forgot his name) will welcome you and make you feel at home and like family. The food was amazing, there is a bathroom in every room, the pool is cleaned everyday. My family is looking forward to returning next year. Thank you for opening up your home!

We decided to try something different than the all inclusive trips that we usually do. Ten of us went for ten days to Nuestra Casa Villa in Treasure Beach. The five bedroom, with air conditioning, five bathroom, large covered deck on the roof, open concept dining area villa was very nice, clean and beautiful. We talked about going out to a restaurant but decided  that our meals at the villa were as good as any restaurant we could find!! Only a two minute walk to a very secluded, beautiful  ocean beach, we went for long morning walks through rural farm areas and met many of the always smiling local residents. We really enjoyed area and never felt unsafe at any time during our vacation. If you are tired of the crowded, noisy all inclusive resorts, this is for you!

Our second time here and we absolutely loved it! Great trip to Black River and Pelican Bar. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

She is very kind and proactive in her communication – which was greatly appreciated since we were checking out during hurricane Beryl. The staff – Brian, Elesha, Diane and the driver Uan were all wonderful as well. I would give this listing and amazing people more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place!

We’ve come to the end of our trip, and we’ve said many thanks before, but we would like to say it again straight from our hearts, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You all have made our trip to Jamaica a “dream come true” for Rutger and me. You made us feel at home, and you made it possible for us to discover Jamaica the way we wanted to. Rutger will never forget this holiday, and neither will I! We made the right choice to stay with you, and we will come back! Thank you for taking care of us and organizing all those special moments – the dolphins, the wedding, the giant crocodile and the meeting with Julian Marley. You are all very special and lovely people. We hope to see you all soon!

The bedroom, perfect. The kitchen space, perfect. The pool, perfect. The view of the ocean… PERFECT! We had our college roomie reunion at Butterfly Villa and it was the greatest trip we have had yet. Dorphia (the housekeeper) is a gem and one of a kind. Totally professional, amazing chef, great service and management of her team. Brian is also a great leader and help our crew find all the resources we needed in the area, like how to fill our 5 gallon water, and where to go out in the evenings. Do not pass up the chance to rent this extraordinary property!

You always make us feel so welcomed. Our other relatives want to come back with us for the Calabash Festival next year, so we will keep communications open!

The outdoor living space is just divine and our entire family enjoyed the daily walks down to the beach, which was super close. The staff was also very helpful. We had some car mishaps and Brian was always there to help. And finally, the owner Nicolette was so very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. We love the south coast and this is now one of our go-to spots in Treasure Beach.

My family and I spent 8 days there and it was great albeit we weren’t there for a happy occasion. Dorphia and Monica were amazing, I must admit that during the time there we became friends, just to show you how homely they made us feel. Butterfly Villa is definitely a place you would want to stay at if you crave the laid back, lazy days. Kudos to you all.
PS: did I forget to mention the meals💕?! On the occasions we had meals at home, it was delicious.

It was well appointed, extremely spacious, and a convenient location to our other family members staying close by. Working with Nicolette was amazing, she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, and checked in on us making sure we had everything we needed. We have already said we will be staying at Butterfly Villa when we return next year. Thank you Nicolette and thank you to your team!

The views are breathtaking and have to be witnessed to understand. Nicollete was a great host and she was even concerned when we were running late do to car trouble. Dorphia is your live host and she is stellar. She pointed us in all the right directions regarding our stay and excursions. Also she is an amazing cook. We opted to bring our groceries and forgot some items. She was able to coordinate Bryan (the other host) to get the necessary items to make our meals complete. I would highly recommend and would definitely return myself.

Just the relaxing oasis we hoped for after a gruelling drive. The entire staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. It is easy to see why Nuestra Casa has earned a 5-star rating. We will recommend this beautiful spot to friends and family.

This was our second visit here, and it was just as good as the first time. So relaxing!

Expect nothing but the best of everything. Good food, amazing, staff, light and airy surroundings- It was such a wonderful weekend. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious, and the furnishings are tasteful and well thought. The view out to the water from the dining/pool area – beyond amazing. We had 9 guests, and we all had plenty of space.
Secondly, I want to personally thank the staff. Dorphia & her mother for taking care of us and providing delicious meals. Brian for quickly putting together a ramp to help my wife navigate from the living room the outdoor dining area (my wife uses a power chair). The people, just as much as the property itself, made our stay so much more enjoyable.
Thirdly, Treasure Beach has a ton of charm and is in close proximity to a ton of activities. Jack Sprats is within 5-10 mins drive for lunch/dinner, and excursions out to Negril, Pelican Bar, YS Falls, and Lovers Peak were all within 2 hrs or less.
I’m already planning on coming back – I highly recommend Butterfly Villa

The villa is gated with lots of land which is always a plus.The beach is literally a 3 min walk down the road.The groundskeeper lived close which made us feel as if we had security.The staff was kinda and made sure our beds were made daily(which we never saw them do) so they were super quick lol.. The food was good.Definitely recommend buying your own groceries for the chefs to cook because it does get pricey and there won’t be any surprises if you buy your own. They were very nice at all times. The house didn’t have central air (which most in the caribbean don’t) which is fine because there were plenty of fans in the common areas, and there was a/c in i believe all the bedrooms. Plus the wind from the ocean being so close made the heat bearable. Overall lovely stay.This place was a vibe!

Thank you for taking such good care of us, for your smiles in the morning, for excellent meals, lovely guitar playing in the moonlight, and for the best birthday ever (I’ll never forget the beautiful bonfire at the beach) and for being who you are – You made our trip to Treasure Beach perfect.
