In the winter of 2008, Larry and Nicolette Levchak visited Treasure Beach for the very first time, eager to escape on a quiet and laid back vacation.
Little did they know they were about to discover an unforgettable experience and a welcoming haven that would take hold of their hearts and not let go. As Nicolette described, "It was love at first sight."
They immediately fell in love with the people, the culture, the quiet beaches and they felt like they were part of a protective community that cares for one another.

The Levchak's knew they had found their happy place, a place that they would someday call home.
Ten years later their dream of owning a little piece of heaven in Treasure Beach came true when they had the opportunity to purchase the villa and property.
The new owners concentrated on renovating and redecorating the entire villa to provide their guests with all the comforts of home. In December 2020 the new infinity pool and outdoor bar were completed!
