Who does this
Mostly people escaping a northern winter, families taking an extended break, and remote workers. The villa suits it better than most: the staff mean you are not cooking and cleaning for a month, and there is enough space that a group is not on top of each other.
Working from here
Broadband WiFi is included throughout the villa. It is reliable enough for day-to-day work and video calls, though outages do happen occasionally, as anywhere rural in Jamaica. If you have something critical, have a mobile hotspot as backup.
The rooftop palapa and the shaded terraces both work well as a desk. Air conditioning is in all bedrooms.
Best months for a long stay
January to April is the driest and busiest stretch. May, June and late November are the best value with weather that is still good. See our month-by-month guide.
