- A 50% deposit of rental required to secure reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Staff gratuity is not included in rental. Minimum 15% of rental to be paid upon departure.
- Chef can prepare breakfast and dinner and pick-up your groceries (food not included)

- Adults $35.00 - $40.00US/person/day
- Children $25.00/child/day
- Our PPV insured private driver is available for airport shuttle (Montego Bay or Kingston), all land tours or excursions (additional fee)

- Massage/Manicure/Pedicure upon request (additional fee)

What this works out to per person
Example: 10 adults, 7 nights, one villa. In low season (1 May to 14 November) that is about $1,010 to $1,045 each, including the villa at $950 a night, food at $35 to $40 per adult per day, and a 15% gratuity on the villa rate. Over Christmas and New Year it is about $1,130 to $1,165 each. Flights and extras such as the driver or boat trips are not included.
