Villa Rental Rates

15 November - 30April (Excluding Special Holiday Dates)

A 50% deposit of rental required to secure reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Staff gratuity is not included in rental. Minimum 15% of rental to be paid upon departure.
Chef can prepare breakfast and dinner and pick-up your groceries (food not included)
Estimate of meal costs:
Adults $35.00 - $40.00US/person/day
Children $25.00/child/day
Our PPV insured private driver is available for airport shuttle (Montego Bay or Kingston), all land tours or excursions (additional fee)
Boat Tours and Cookouts by our Boat Captain (additional fee)
