Do you require a deposit during booking?

Yes — a 50% deposit of the total rental secures your reservation.

How it works

1. You tell us your dates and group size, and we confirm availability.
2. You pay 50% of the total rental as a deposit.
3. Once it clears, we confirm your booking in writing for those dates.
4. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Holiday bookings are due earlier — see our booking terms.
5. If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Worth knowing

• The deposit is non-refundable. See our cancellation policy before you commit.
• The lead guest must be at least 21.
• Staff gratuity is not included — budget a minimum of 15% of the rental cost, given to the team before departure.
• Food and drink are not included. Estimate US$35–40 per person per day. Our cook prepares breakfast and dinner at no extra charge.

You are booking directly with the owners, so there are no platform service fees on top.
