Here is the policy in full, rather than making you ask for it.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and we refund your final payment, less a 10% service charge.
- Cancel less than 30 days before arrival, or fail to show, and the final payment is forfeited and the full rental charged.
To cancel, email us at booking@butterflyhillvilla.com as soon as you know. Please do not rely on a phone message alone — we need it in writing.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend it, particularly if you are travelling between August and October during the more active part of hurricane season. Buy it when you book rather than later. Standard cancellation terms apply to weather disruption, so insurance is what protects you, not our policy.
