Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is before 12:00 noon.
The gap between the two gives our housekeeper time to turn the villa around properly between guests.
Arriving early
Most guests fly into Montego Bay and reach Treasure Beach after a 2.5 to 3 hour drive, so arrival times vary with the flight. If you land early and want to drop bags before the villa is ready, tell us in advance and we will do what we can. It usually works, but it depends on whether anyone stayed the night before.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals are fine. Someone will be there to let you in whatever the hour, but please let us know your flight details so we are not guessing. If you are arriving after dark on your first night, a pre-arranged transfer is worth it — rural roads here are not lit.
Departure day
Check-out before noon lets us prepare for the next guests. If you have a late flight and want to stay by the pool for a few hours after checking out, ask — we can usually accommodate it when the villa is not turning over the same day.
