The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date.
For Christmas and New Year bookings the balance is due earlier — please check the current terms on our booking terms and conditions page or ask us when you book.
If you book within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
The full payment sequence
- At booking: 50% deposit, non-refundable
- 60 days before arrival: remaining balance
- Before departure: staff gratuity, minimum 15% of the rental, paid directly to the team
- During your stay: food and drink, roughly US$35–40 per person per day
We will remind you before the balance falls due — you will not be caught out by it.
